Premium gym wear brand Sweaty Betty is returning as an official apparel sponsor of the Royal Parks Half Marathon for 2023.

The event takes place on one of London's most scenic routes, taking participants through Hyde Park, Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens on the 8th of October. If you fancy a 21.1km trot through this iconic course, you can sign up to participate here.

The Sweaty Betty Foundation is a charity on a mission to empower women and girls from all backgrounds, ages and abilities to get (and stay) active.

They work primary in schools, the community and online to help people discover different ways they love getting active, because we all know unless we love the exercise we're doing it's not likely we'll continue doing it.
