Shoppers have praised H&M's dupe

Eagle-eyed H&M shoppers have spotted a 'lush' £28 dupe of a designer sweatshirt online.

The retailer is known for its variety of different dupes for a fraction of the price, including Hermes, YSL and Balenciaga to name a few. This time, the high street store is selling a grey sweatshirt that looks very similar to a £160 Anine Bing version.

The printed sweatshirt features a similar motif and colour to the designer version. The oversized sweatshirts both feature the word 'Paris' in a bold print.

The sweatshirt was shared to Instagram this week by welovethehighstreet, an account that shares ‘the latest fashion & beauty straight from the high street.' The account has a following of 139k.

The post showed the two versions alongside each other, with the caption: "The sell out Anine Bing sweatshirt…. has a match… " The two are quite similar in design, though there are a few noticeable differences.

The Anine Bing bag features a more washed out colour, while H&M's is block colour. The designer version's print reads: "Paris is a myth", while the H&M version says: "Paris est. 1998 Atelier."

Beneath the popular post on Instagram, shoppers have shared their love of the sweatshirt. One person wrote: "So good!! Got it soon as I saw it" and a second wrote: "Need!" A third added: "So lush."

H&M's dark grey printed Paris sweatshirt is priced at £27.99, while Anine Bing's Jaci sweatshirt costs £160 This means shoppers could save around £132 by opting for the dupe. You can shop the H&M version online here.
