Hailey Bieber Endorses Gym Clothes for Date Night

You know those nights when you get home from the gym, so exhausted and ravenous that you ransack your fridge, devouring your still-cold leftovers in your sweaty workout gear? Seems as if Hailey Bieber has those nights too, except, in true Hailey Bieber fashion, they’re much, much grander.

Bieber, joined by her husband Justin, dined out at the see-and-be-seen Santa Monica restaurant Giorgio Baldi in a fit that looks like it came straight from pilates. A disciple of the Big Shirt/Little Pants School of Dressing, she left the restaurant in an oversized white t-shirt, tiny orange track shorts, and Nike Air Max 95 sneakers with thick, calf-high white socks.

Obviously not one to show up to dinner in full sport mode, she layered an oversized black leather jacket over her giant tee. Decked out in jewelry, she adorned herself with large gold corkscrew earrings and a giant pavé, diamond-encrusted “B” pendant that she recently posted on Instagram.

She also carried her go-to Bottega Veneta pouch clutch in orange, which she matched to her her shorts. Coordinating a Bottega pouch with her outfit is a classic move in the Hailey Bieber Fashion Playbook, which she repeated just a couple days ago, when she was spotted in L.A. wearing a lime green Prada top with a bag to match. Clearly a fan of Daniel Lee’s Bottega, Bieber also owns the bag in (at least) lavender, Bottega green, creme, olive, blue, black, and zebra.

The ultra-casual look was a major departure from Bieber’s dominatrix-inspired black, strapless minidress from the night before. Bieber took the sexy LBD for a spin on date night at—that’s right, you guessed it—Giorgio Baldi.
